week4 for some reason..

Session 4 Is it me or is the list of students growing? Man Dr. Newberry that cloning project is working! I spent the better part of Sat evening away on the keyboard responding to all of the class members. I am happy that I did because on one of the sites I learned that I should still email Dr. Newberry my work. I was under the impression that I did not need to and the Blog was good enough. Oh well, "Better safe than Sorry" they say. I was able to get my district to unblock my blog :)a Puric victory.

Oh yes, thanks to Keith for telling me about the timestamp on the blog. I had grown tired of reordring my weekly posts because the computer decided it wanted to. Tip from Keith: Post and Comment Options below the Compse post box allows you to set time a dates that you posted.

Besides that I have nothing else to report on for the week. More later...until then: type, type, type.....
You Failed 8th Grade Geography

Joe, I picked up the Costco special, a Gateway. My first ever computer buy for my self. :-) It is pretty sweet.
Keith, you betcha it is coming in handy. THe ol'tablet pc was quite nice, but it is so cool to be able to leave a computer in the same spot.

Yes, the cloning project has been a real boon to the class and to the ETEC program. If you happen to see someone who looks like you, just nod and pretend you don't notice!

Thanks for sending your pre-thesis as a Word file. I prefer to make my comments in the document.

Yes Dale, the list is growing. I didn't realize that there were so many students. I figure if I blog 4 or 5 a night I can cover them all on a fairly regualar basis. If we keep adding many more we will have to clone ourselves just to get all the work done. I noticed that some of the members in 644 are also in my 676 class on iMovies. This class is going to come in very handy for my thesis project. I will need to learn most of the basics fairly quickly so I can get somewhat proficient for my project.
